water lines on liberty Avenue easterly of Qarfleld Avenue extension; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared Speclficatl.ons, Special Provisions
and Fians for said work, which are numbered PW 1"50-35;

RESCLWED, FURTiiER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will resolve
sealed bids up to the hour of 8:05 o'clock P. M. on Tuesday Day 1, 1951, for the
furnlahing to the City of Alameda of all labor, materials, methods and processes,
implements, tools and machinery, except as otherwise specified, neweseary for the
work horoinabove referred to, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions.
BAs mat be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, in Alameda, California,
under scaled cover and plainly nailed an the outside, ni'roposal for Extension of
the Liberty Avenue Storm Sawob", or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, wail be awarded subject to the provisions of the,
Charter of the City of Alameda, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest
and best bid. The right in reserved to reject any or all bids.
Said Specifications and Provisions may be had b,,- any prospectIve bidder
on application to the City Engineer, at hli office In the City 17 -all Alameda,
faliforria.

a notice calling for sealed bids, in accordance Mh the provisions of this resolu-
tion and of said Speciffnationa and Provisions.
