DESIGNATING CERTAIN STREETS IN THE CITY OF ALAIVtEDA
AS STREETS OF MAJOR IMPORTANCE
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the
provisions of Section 195 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California, the following streets within the City of Al eda be, and the same
are hereby, designated as Streets of Major Importance, to wit:
Atlantic Avenue from Main Street to the westerly termination
of said Atlantic Avenue;
Buena Vista Avenue from Park Street to Versailles Avenue;
Main Street from Pacific Avenue to the northwesterly termina-
tion of said Main Street;
Pacific Avenue from Main Street to the westerly termination
of said Pacific Avenue;
as said streets are shown and designated in red on the map annexed hereto and
made a part hereof.
the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 20th day of February, 1940, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Carrington, Godfrey, Maurer, Morris and President
Weichhart (5).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None,
