RESOLUTION NO. 4241
TRANSFERRING $5,000.00 FROM THE CASH BASIS FUND
TO THE EAST BAY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT FUND.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the sum of $5,000.00
and the same is hereby, transferred from the Cash Basis Fund to the East Bay
MLn'cipal Utility DIstrict Fund.
The Auditor and the Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to make
said transfer on their respective books.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of Septernher, 1950, by the following
