AFFIRMING AND ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO HIGHWAY
USERS TAX FUND BUDGET
WHEREAS, by its Resolution No. 7321, adopted May 21, 1968, this City approved
a project statement and adopted a budget for the expenditure of funds apportioned from
the Highway User's Tax Fund to Cities for the 1968-69 fiscal year, all in accordance
with Secs. 2106 and 2107, Streets and Highways Code of California; and
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Streets has proposed Amendment No. 1 to said
budc,et, a copy of which amendment is on file in his office, and which it is in the
hest public interest to approve;
