CO. FOR SYSTEMS CONTRACTING STOCKLESS PURCHASING
PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the City Manager and City Clerk be , and each hereby is , authorized
and directed to execute and to attest to, spectively, on behalf
of the City, that certain proposed Systems Contracting Stockless
Purcha sing Agreement with H. Crocker Co. to provide for direct
order and delivery of certain stock items, said agreement to besubstantially in the form of that on Ie in the office of the
Ci ty Clerk.
