APPOINTING JUDITH FRUGE AS A MEMBER
OF THE COMMISSION ON DISABILITY ISSUES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to Sections 2-
19.2 of the Alameda Municipal Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor, JUDITH FRUGE
is hereby reappointed to the office of member of the Commission on Disability Issues of the
City of Alameda, for a term commencing March 5, 2013, and expiring on June 30, 2017,
and to serve until his successor is appointed and qualified.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting
assembled on the 5th of March, 2013, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Chen, Daysog, Ezzy Ashcraft, Tam and
Mayor Gilmore – 5.
