(99 -519) Joint Work Session to discuss Alameda Power & Telecom's
overall Financial Plan that addresses Stranded Cost Recovery,
Alameda Point Electrical Distribution Upgrade /Replacement,
refinancing the Certificates of Participation (COP'S) and
telecommunications financing which will include cable.
Adjournment
Mayor Appezzato adjourned the Work Session at 4:27 p.m.
