Mayor Appezzato convened the Special Meeting at 3:00 p.m.

None.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(98-440) Conference with Labor Negotiator; Agency Negotiator:
Human Resources Director and Austris Rungis; Employee
Organization: International Association of Firefighters,
Local #689 - IAFF.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and the Mayor announced that the City Council obtained a briefing
from Labor Negotiators.

Appezzato adjourned the meeting at 5:10 p.m.

Fleet Industrial Supply Center and Alameda Point;
Negotiating Parties: City of Alameda, Community
Improvement Commission, Catellus Development
Corporation, and Alameda Reuse and Redevelopment
Authority; Under Negotiation: Price and terms.'
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and the Mayor /Chair announced that the City Council /Community
Improvement Commission gave instructions to the City's Real
Property Negotiators.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the City Council /Community
Improvement Commission, Mayor /Chair Appezzato adjourned the meeting
at 5:35 p.m.
