p.m.

ABSENT: None.
Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
Conference with Real Property Negotiator; Property:
Fleet Industrial Supply Center and Alameda Poirt;
Negotiating Parties: City of Alameda, Community
Improvement Commission, Catellus Development
Corporation, and Alameda Reuse and Redevelopment
Authority; Under Negotiation: Price and terms.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and Mayor/Chair Appezzato announced that the Council/Commission
gave instructions to the City's negotiator.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor/Chair Appezzato adjourned
the Special Meeting at 4:55 p.m.
