(98-581) At 7:30 p.m., the City Clerk announced the adjournment of
the meeting to November 10, 1998, due to lack of a quorum
and at the direction of the Mayor [see Mayor's
announcement at the Regular Council Meeting of October
20, 1998, paragraph no. 98- 577] due to the General
Municipal Election held on November 3, 1998.
