Mayor Appezzato convened the Special Council Meeting at 3:35 p.m.
and adjourned the meeting to a Closed Session to address the
following:

Name of Case: Murphy v. City of Alameda.
Following the Closed Session, Mayor Appezzato announced
instructions were given to the City Attorney.
There being no further business before the Council, Mayor Appezzato
adjourned the Special Meeting at 4:00 p.m.
