MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ALAMEDA CITY COUNCIL
JUNE 18, 1996
The meeting convened at 7:10 p.m. with President Appezzato
presiding.

4. Announcement of Action Taken in Closed Session, if any.
Following the Closed Session, the Special meeting reconvened
and President Appezzato announced that at the Closed Session,
Council gave instructions to Legal Counsel regarding
anticipated litigation.
