Initiation of litigation pursuant to subdivision (c) of Section
54956.9.
Number of Cases: One.
Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to subdivision (b) of
Section 54956.9.
Number of Cases: Two
Following the Closed Session, President Appezzato announced that
the City Council gave instructions to the City Attorney on the
aforementioned cases.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the City Council, President
Appezzato adjourned the Special Meeting at 7:25 p.m.
