AMENDING THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE TO ESTABLISH
TRAFFIC SIGNALS FOR CONSTITUTION WAY
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Alameda
Section 1. The Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended
by adding Subsections (61), (62), and (63) to Section 17 -442
(Mechanical Signals to be Erected) thereof to read:
(61) Intersection of Constitution Way and Marina Village
Parkway.
(62) Intersection of Constitution Way and Atlantic
Avenue.
(63) Intersection of Constitution Way and Buena Vista
Avenue.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the
date of its final passage.

the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 4th day of August, 1987
