AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1929 RELATING TO
CITY CLERK FEES
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Alameda
Section 1. Ordinance No. 1929 N.S. as adopted by the
City Council on June 27, 1978 is hereby amended to delete those
fee provisions for photo copies, copies of resolutions and
ordinances and research fees in the City Clerk's Department.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 1929 N.S. shall be amended to
add:
"All fees inconsistent with State or Federal law shall
not apply."
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the
date of its final passage.
