AMENDING TITLE XVII OF THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE
TO ESTABLISH PARKING REMOVAL ON THE WEST SIDE OF
PARK STREET SOUTH OF OTIS DRIVE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Alameda
Section 1. Section 17-333 (All Time and Limited No
Parking) of the Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended by
adding Subsection (138) thereof to read:
(138) Park Street on the westerly side thereof, between
the southerly line of Otis Drive and a point 385
feet southerly therefrom.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the
date of its final passage.
