AMENDING TITLE XVII OF THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE
TO ESTABLISH FIVE ADDITIONAL OFFICIAL PARKING
SPACES ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF LINCOLN AVENUE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Alameda
Section 1. Section 17-339 (Official Vehicles Designated
Areas) of the Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended by
amending Subsection (1) thereof to read:
(1) Lincoln Avenue (Oak Street to Walnut Street),
commencing at a point in the south curb line of
Lincoln Avenue 13 feet westerly from the west line
of Oak Street and running thence westerly 276 feet.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the
date of its final passage.
