AMENDING TITLE XVII OF THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL
CODE TO ESTABLISH ALL -STOP SIGNING AT THE
INTERSECTIONS OF BROADWAY AT BAYVIEW DRIVE
AND COURT STREET AT BAYVIEW DRIVE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Alameda
Section 1. The Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended
by amending Subsections (132) and (135) of Section 17 -432 (Stop
Intersections) thereof to read:
(132) Bayview Drive and Broadway, all approaches.
(135) Bayview Drive and Court Street, all approaches.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the
date of its final passage.

the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 17th of May, 1988,
