AMENDING TITLE XVII OF THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE
TO ESTABLISH PARKING METER ZONES ON THE WEST SIDE
OF WEBSTER STREET BETWEEN PACIFIC AND BUENA VISTA
AVENUES
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Alameda that:
Section 1. The Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended by
adding Subsection (18) to Section 17-362 (Parking Meter Zones
Established) thereof to read:
(18) Webster, west side, between the north line of
Pacific Avenue to the south line of Buena Vista
Avenue.
Section 2. The Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended by
adding Subsection (14) to 30-Minute Parking Limit and Subsection
(61) to 1-Hour Parking Limit of Section 17-364.1 (Maximum Parking
Limits) thereof to read:
30-MINUTE PARKING LIMIT:
(14) Webster Street (Pacific Avenue to Buena Vista
Avenue) commencing at a point in the
(a) West curb line of Webster Street, 76 feet
northerly of the north line of Pacific
Avenue to a point 44 feet northerly
therefrom.
1-HOUR PARKING LIMIT:
(61) Webster Street (Pacific Avenue to Buena Vista
Avenue) commencing at a point in the
(a) West Curb line of Webster Street 14 feet
north of the north line of Pacific Avenue
to a point 76 feet northerly therefrom.
(b) West curb line of Webster Street 120 feet
north of the north line of Pacific Avenue
to the south line of Buena Vista Avenue.

Section 3. The Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended by
amending Subsection (20) of Section 17-342 (Two-Hour Parking Limit)
thereof to read:
(20) Webster Street: On the west side between the
northerly line of Buena Vista Avenue and the
southerly side of Atlantic Avenue; on the east
side between the northerly line of Pacific
Avenue and the southerly side of Atlantic
Avenue.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the
date of its final passage.

Ordinance was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 17th of May, 1988,

and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
