AMENDING THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING
SECTION 15-6210 THEREOF RELATING TO RATES FOR
COLLECTION OF GARBAGE AND REFUSE AND PRESCRIBING
METHOD OF COLLECTION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that:
Section 1. Section 15-6210 of the Alameda Municipal
Code is hereby amended by amending subsections (a), (b),
(c) and (d) thereof to read:
(a) One (1) collection per week, of
one (1) thirty-two (32) gallon,
or smaller, garbage receptacle,
per dwelling unit, per month:
(b) Each additional such receptacle
collected at the same time,
per month:
(c) Refuse and rubbish removal,
per cubic yard:
(d) Refuse and rubbish removal,
per compacted yard:

Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after July 1, 1988.
