Adopting the 1988 edition of the uniform building code the 1988 edition of the uniform building code standards, and the uniform code for the abatement of dangerous buildings regulating the erection construction enlargement, alteration repair moving removal conversion demolition occupance equipment use height area and maintenance of buildings or structures in the city of alameda providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor providing for penalties thereof and repealing ordinance 2265 new series and all other ordinances in conflict therewith
