ING AND REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA BY AMENDING
ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1277,
N.S.
11-2, Two Family District to R-4,
Neighborhood Apartment District,
F. S. Dale & Joanne Miller.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALA-
MEDA as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11-116 of
Ordinance No. 1277, N.S., is hereby
amended by recl ssifying and re-
zoning from R-2, Two Family
District to R-4, Neighborhood
Apartment District all the real
property situate within the City
of Alameda as described below:
N Central Ave 140 ft E Pearl
St E 50 it by N 136 ft com-
monly known as 2713 Central
Ave,
SECTION 2. The above amend-
ment shall be known as and re-
ferred to as Reclassification and
Rezoning Amendment No. 50 to
Ordinance No. 1277, N.S.
SECTION 3. This ordinance siiall
be in full force and effect from
and after the expiration of thirty
(30) days from the date of its
final passage.
