AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ALA.
MEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMEND-
ING SECTION 10-2318 THEREOF, RE"
LATING TO FEES FOR PERMITS AND
INSPECTIONS (ELECTRICAL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ALAMEDA:
Section 1. That Section 10-2318 of the
Alameda Municipal Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Sec. 10.2318. Schedule of Fees. The fees
required under the provisions of Sections
10-2316 and 10-2317 of this Article shall
be in amount as follows:

17. When extra inspections are made
necessary by reason of deficient
or defective work, or otherwise
through the fault or error on the
part of the holder of the permit,or on the part of his employee
after notice has been given in
writing by the electrical inspec-
tor setting forth the violations

shall be made under the regular
fee as herein prescribed; and foreach and every further extra
visit of inspection for which the
holder of the permit or his em-
ployee- is entirely responsible,
fees shall be charged as follows:
