RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTIES WITHIN THE
CITY OF ALAEDA BY AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1277 FOR
THAT PROPERTY LOCATED AT 876 OAK STREET, 878 OAK STREET
983 PAR STREET , AND 985 PAR STREET
that:BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Alameda
Section 1 Section 116 of Ordinance No. 1277 , N.S. is
hereby amended by reclassifying from R-4 (Neighborhood Residential)
District to R-4-PD, (Neighborhood Residential-Planned Development)
District all the real property situated within the City of Alameda
County of Alameda , state of California , described as follows:

Section 2 The above amendment shall be known as and
referred to a Reclassification and Rezoning Amendment No. 162 toOrdinance No. 1277. N.
Section 3 This Ordinance shall be
effect from and after the expiration of thirty
date of its final passage.
