BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the city of Alameda that:
section 1 . section 30-3.3 (Establishment of Districts) of the
Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended by reclassifying from C-M
(Commercial Manufacturing) and M-1 (Intermediate Industrial) to R-5
(General Residential) all the real property situated within the
city of Alameda , County of Alameda , State of California , describedas follows:
