RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTIES WITHIN THE CITY
OF ALADA BY AMNDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1277 FOR THOSE
PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 1712, 1714, AND 1716 LINCOLN AVENUE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Alameda that:
Section 1.Section 116 of Ordinance No. 1277 , N. S. is herebyamended by reclassifying and rezoning from R-S (GeneralResidential) District to C-1 (Neighborhood Business) all the real
property situated within the City of Alameda, County of AlamedaState of California, described as follows:
Assessor Parcel Number's 72-300-02, 72-300-03 and 72-300-04.
Section 2.The above amendment shall be known as and referred
to as Reclassification and Rezoning Amendment No. 164 to Ordinance
No. 1277 N.
Section 3.This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the expiration of thirty
(30j days from the date ofits final passage.
