AMENDING THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE
REPEALING SECTION 8-16 (TRAFFIC IN TUBES AND
PORTAL), OF CHAPTER VIII (TRAFFIC AND MOTOR
VEHICLES), THEREOF PERTAINING TO TRAFFIC
LINES TRAFFIC SIGNALS SPEED LIMITS
REGULATIONS , AND PROHIBITED ACTS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the city of Alameda
tha t :
section 1 . The Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amendedby repealing section 8-16 (Traffic in Tubes and Portals), ChapterVIII (Traffic and Motor Vehicles), in its entirety.
section This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the expiration f thirty (30) the
date of its final passage.
