AMENDING THE ALAEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY REPEALING SECTION
3-24 (DUTIES OF AUDITOR) AND SUBSECTION 3-27.1 (ENTRY OF
TAXES), OF CHAPTER III (FINANCE AND TAXATION), THEREOF
PERTAINING TO COLLECTION OF TAXES
Section 1 . The Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amendedby repealing section 3-24 (Duties of Auditor) of Chapter III
(Finance and Taxation), in its entirety.
section . The Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amendedby repealing Subsection 3-27.(Entry of Taxes) of Section 3-27
(Determination and Effect of Tax), of Chapter III (Finance and
Taxation), in its entirety.
section This ord nance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the expiration of thirty (3 from the
date of its final passage
