BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Alameda
section 1 Sectton 116. of Ordinance No. 1277 , N. s. hereby amended by reclassifying and rezoning from C-2 (CentralBusiness District) to R-5 (General Residential District) all the
real property situated within the City of Alameda , County ofAlameda, State of California , described as follows:
Assessor Parcel Number s 071-205-001 , 002 , and 015.
section The above amendment shall be known as and
referred to as Reclassification and Rezoning Amendment No. 166 to
Ordinance No. 1277 N.
section This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the
date of its final passage.
