RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTIES WITHIN THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA BY AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1277 FOR THAT
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2301 AND 2305 EAGLE AVENUE; 2300 AND 2305
BUENA VISTA AVENUE; AND 1712 OAK STREET
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Alameda that:
Section 1 Section 30-3.3 (Establishment of Districts) of the
Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended by reclassifying all the
real property si tUabid wi thin the City of Alameda , County of
Alameda , State of California , described as follows:
From M-1 (Intermediate Industrial Distr ict) toR-5 (General Residential District):
2301 and 2305 Eagl Avenue; Assessor s Parcel
Numbers 071-198-023 and 071-198-022
From C-M (Commercial Manufacturing District)
to R-5 (GeDeral ReBidential District):
2300 and 2305 Buen Vista Avenue and
1712 Oak Street, Assessor's Parcel Numbers
071-200-001 , 071-199-025 and
071-200-023.
Section 2 . The above amendment shall be known as and referred
to as Reclassification and Rezoning Amendment No. 169 to Ordinance
No. 277 , N.
Section This Ordinance shall be. iri full force and effect
from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of
its final passage.
