AMENDING THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING
SUBSECTION 30-4.(C-2 CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT)
SUBSECTION 30-4.10 (C-M, COMMERCIAL-MANUFACTURINGDISTRICT), SUBSECTION 30-4.11 (M-1 , INTERMEDIATE
INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING DISTRICT), AND SUBSECTION
30-4.12 (M-2 GENERAL INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURINGDISTRICT) OF ARTICLE I (ZONING DISTRICTS AND
REGULATIONS), CHAPTER XXX (DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS)
that:BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the. City of Alameda
Section 1 The Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amendedby amending subsection 30-4.(b)(2) (r) of Article I (Zoning
Districts and Regulations), Chapter XXX (Development Regulations) ,
thereof to read:
30-4.9 C-2 , Central Business District.
b. Uses Permi tted.2. The following and similar retail , business , or
service uses when conducted principally wi thin enclosed structures:
(r)Mortuaries
Section 2 The Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended
by deleting subsection 30-4.10 (b) (2) (j) in its entirety and thatsubsection 30-4.10 (b) (2) be relettered thereafter.
Section The Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended
by amending subsection 30-4.10 (c) of Article I (Zoning Districts
and Regulations), Chapter XXX (Development Regulations), thereof to
read:
30-4.10 C-M , Commercial-Manufacturing District.

11.Columbariums and crematoriums.
Section 4 The Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended
by amending subsection 30-4.11 (c) of Article I (Zoning Districts
and Regulations), Chapter XXX (Development Regulations), thereof to
read:
30-4.M-1 Intermediate Industrial (Manufacturing)District.

10.Columbariums and crematoriums.
section 5 The Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended
by amending subsection 30-4.12 (c) of Article I (Zoning Districts
and Regulations), Chapter XXX (Development Regulations), thereof to
read:
30-4.12 M-2 General Industrial (Manufacturing) District.
Uses Requiring Use Fermi ts.
14.Columbariums and crematoriums.
section 6 This ordinance shall be in full
effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30)
date of its final passage.
