BY AMENDING ZONING
PROPERTY LOCATED AT
that:BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Alameda
Section Section 116 of Ordinance No. 1277 , N. S.
hereby amended by reclassifying from M-l (Intermediate IndustrialManufacturing District) to R-5 (General Residential District) all
the real property situated within the City of Alameda , County ofAlameda, State of California , described as follows:
Assessor Parcel Number: 071-198-24
Section The above amendment shall be known as and
referenced to as Reclassification and Rezoning Amendment No. 172 to
Ordinance No. 1277 N.
Section This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the
date of its final passage.
