RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTIESWITHIN THE CITY OF ALAMEDA BY AMENDING ZONING
ORDINANCE NO. 1277 FOR THAT PROPERTY LOCATED AT
456 PACIFIC AVENUE
that:BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Alameda
Section Section 116 of Ordinance No. 1277 , N. s.
hereby amended by reclassifying from R-4 (Neighborhood Residential)
Zoning District to R-4-PD (Neighborhood Residential - Planned
Development) Zoning District all the real property situated withinthe City of Alameda, County of Alameda State of Californiadescribed as follows:
Assessor Parcel Number: 074-0449-096-00
Section The above amendment shall be known as and
referenced to as Reclassification and Rezoning Amendment No. 173 to
Ordinance No. 1277 N.
Section This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the
date of its final passage.
