RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTIES
WITHIN THE CITY OF ALAEDA BY AMENDING ZONING
ORDINANCE NO. 1277 FOR THAT PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 231 7 CENTRA AVENUE
that:BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Alameda
Section Section 116 of Ordinance no. 1277 N. S. is
hereby amended by reclassifying from C-2 (Central Business) ZoningDistrict to C-2 -PD (Central Business I Planned Development
Combining) Zoning District all the real property situated withinthe City of Alameda I County of Alameda I State of California described as follows:
Assessor Parcel Numbers:71-203-14 and 71-203-15
Section The above amendment shall be known as and
referenced to as Reclassification and Rezoning Amendment NO.1 74 Ordinance No. 1277 N.
Section This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the
date of its final passage.
