RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTIES
WITHIN THE CITY OF ALEDA BY AMENDING ZONING
ORDINANCE NO. 1277 , N., FOR THAT PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 801/807 BUENA VISTA AVENU
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Alamedathat:
Section 1 Section 116 of Ordinance No. 1277, N. S., is
hereby amended by reclassifying from R-2 (Two-Family Residence)
Zoning District to R-2PD (Two-Family Residence, Planned
Development) Zoning District all the real property situated withinthe City of Alameda , County of Alameda, State of Californiadescribed as follows:
Assessor Parcel Number: 73-410-
Section 2 The above amendment shall be known as and
referenced to as Reclassification and Rezoning Amendment No. 175 to
Ordinance No. 1277, N.
Secti This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the expiration of chi rty (30) days from the
date of its final passage.
