ORDINANCE NO. 1277, N. S. ,
LOCATED AT 791 THAU WAY
CERTAIN PROPERTIES
BY AMENDING ZONING
FOR THAT PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED by the city Council of the City of Alamedathat:
section section 116 of Ordinance No. 1277 , N.S.,is hereby amended by reclassifying from C-M-PD (CommercialManufacturing, Planned Development) Zoning District to R-5-PD
(General Residential, Planned Development) District all the real
property situated within the City of Alameda, County of AlamedaState of California, described as .follows:
Assessor Parcel Numbers:
074-0906-022, 074-0906-023-04 and 074-0909-038-02
section 2.The above amendment shall be known as and
reference to as Re lassification and Rezoning Amendment No. 176 to
Ordinance No. 1277 , N.
section This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the
date of its final passage.
