BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Alamedathat:
Section Section 116 of Ordinance No. 1277
is hereby amended by reclassifying from R-1 (One-Family Residence)oning District to R-PD (One Family Residence, Planned
evelopment) Zoning District all the real property situated within
a:he City of Alameda County of Alameda , State of California,
escribed as follows:

Section The above amendment shall be known as and
eferenced to as Reclassification and Rezoning Amendment NO.1 77
Ordinance No. 1277 N. S.
Section This Ordinance shall be in full force and
ffect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the
date of its final passage.
