RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTIES
WITHIN THE CITY OF ALAMEDA BY AMENDING ZONING
ORDINANCE NO. 1277 FOR THAT PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 2020 SHERMAN STREET
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Alameda that:
Section Section 11-116 of Ordinance No. 1277 , N., is hereby amended by
reclassifying ITom M-PD (Intermediate Industria1-ManufactuinglP1aned Development) and M-
(General Industrial-Manufacturing) Zoning Districts to C- M - PD (Cornercial- Manufacturing,
Planed Development) Zoning District all the real property situated within the City of Alameda
County of Alameda, State of Californa, bounded by the Alameda Belt Line tracks on the south , the
Oakland! Alameda Estuar on the north, Marina Vilage on the west and the centerline of Alaska
Basin on the east , described as follows:
