ORDINANCE NO. 1277 , N.FOR THAT PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 900 OTIS DRIVE
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Alameda that:
Section 1.Section 116 of Ordinance No. 1277 , N., is hereby amended by
reclassifying from C-l (Neighborhood Business) Zoning District to R-PD (One-Family
Residence Planed Development Combinng) Zoning Distrct all the real property situated
with the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows:

Section 2.The above amendment shall be known as and reference to as
Reclassification and Rezonig Amendment No. 180 to Ordinance No. 1277 , N.
Section 3.Ths Ordinance shall be in ful force and effect from and after the
expiration of thrt (30) days from the date of its final passage.
