RESIDENTIAL WITH A PD PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
COMBINING ZONING DISTRICT) AND RECLASSIFYING AND
REZONING 2617 AND 2619 SANTA CLARA AVENUE , 2618-
2622 JANIS CIRCLE , AND 2606 AND 2610 ST. MARGARET
COURT FROM R-4 (NEIGHBORHOOD RESIDENTIAL) TOR-4-PD (NEIGHBORHOOD RESIDENTIAL/PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT COMBINING ZONING DISTRICT)
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Alameda that:
Section Section 116 of Ordinance No. 1277 , N., is hereby amended by
reclassifying 1.7 acres being all the real propert situated within the City of Alameda , County of
Alameda , State of California , described as follows:
Reclassifying from R-4 to R-PD approximately 1.2 acres , being the
southwesterly portion of Assessor Parcel Numbers 70-156-44-, 70-156-
70-156-22 and 70-156-, bounded by a rectangle staring at the
southwesterly corner of AP# 70-156-, extending northerly along Broadway
Avenue 245.75 feet , then easterly 206 feet , then southerly 245.75 feet , then
westerly 206 feet along Santa Clara Avenue back to the begim1ing.
Reclassifying the remaining portion of AP# 70-156-44-4 not included in the
reclassification set out in paragraph #1, approximately 0.5 acre , from R-4 to
PD.
Section 2.The above amendment shall be known as and referred to
Reclassification and Rezoning Amendment No. 182 to Ordinance No. 1277 , N.
Section 3.This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the
expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of its final passage subject to signature of the
Development Agreement. This Ordinance shall be in no force and effect until the Development
Agreement Ordinance is adopted and the Agreement has been signed by the City and by the property
owners.
