PLAND DEVELOPMENT COMBING DISTRICT , TO ALLOW THE
APPROVAL OF PLAND DEVELOPMENTS FOR THE DIVISION OF PARCELS
INTO LOTS OF LESS THAN 5 000 SQUAR FEET WHERE THE PARCELS
DEVELOPED WITH EXISTING TWO-FAMILY DWELLINGS (DUPLEXES),
SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLINGS , OR A COMBINATION THEREOF , WHERE
SUBSECTION 30-4. 13(F)( 4) CURNTL Y ONLY ALLOWS FOR SUCH PLAND
DEVELOPMENTS TO DIVIDE PARCELS DEVELOPED WITH TWO OR MORE
SINGLE F AMIL Y DWELLINGS
BE IT ORDAID by the City Council of the City of Alameda that:
Section 1.Section 116 of Ordinance 1277 , N., is hereby amended by amending
subsection 30-4. 13 (f) (4) to read as follows:
Parcels developed with two (2) or more existing single family or two-family
dwellngs maybe approved as a Planned Development, subject to the following
standards:
Section 2.Section 116 of Ordinance 1277 , N., is hereby amended by amending
subsection 30-4. 13(f)( 4)(b) to read as follows:

(b)Parcel to be subdivided shall be developed with only single family or two-family
homes.
Section 3.This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the
expiration or thirt (30) days from the date of its final passage.
