AMENDING THE ALAMEDA MUCIPAL CODE BY ADDING SUBSECTION
10 (CALL FOR REVIEW) TO SECTION 1-4 (GENERA CODE REVISIONS)
OF CHAPTER I (GENERA) TO PROVIDE NEW POLICY AND PROCEDUR
FOR CALL FOR REVIEW
BE IT ORDAIND by the Council of the City of Alameda that:
Section 1 The Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding
subsection 1-10 (Call for Review) to section 1-4 (General Code Provisions) ) of Chapter I
(General) thereof, toread as follows:
4.1 0 Call for Review
Certain actions , decisions , determinations and/or requirements set forth in the
a: Alameda Municipal Code may be appealed. Any reference in this Municipal Code to an appeal
shall be deemed to include the right of the City Councilor any member of the City Council to call
for review ofthe action, decision, determination and/or requirement. The call for review must be
filed within the same time period as the appeal.
Section 2 This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the
expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of its final passage.
