WITHIN THE CITY OF ALAMEDA BY AMENDING ZONING
ORDINANCE NO. 1277 FOR THAT PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 220 1 SANTA CLAR AVENUE
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Alameda that:
Section Section 116 of Ordinance No. 1277 , N., is hereby amended by
reclassifying from R-6 (Hotel Residential) Zoning District to R-PD (Hotel Residential , Planned
Development Combining) Zoning District all the real propert situated within the City of Alameda
County of Alameda, State of Cali fomi a, described as follows:
Assessor Parcel Number: 071-0219-012
Section 2.The above amendment shall be known as and referenced to as
Reclassification and Rezoning Amendment No. 185 to Ordinance No. 1277 , N.
Section 3.This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the
(5 expiration ofthiliy (30) days from the date of its final passage.
