LOCATED BETWEEN ENTRACE ROAD AND HIBBAR STREET NORTHOF BUENA VISTA AVENUE FROM M-(GENERAL
INUSTRIALIMAN ACTURG ZONIG DISTRICT), TO R-
(NEIGHBORHOOD RESIDENTIAL WITH A PLANED DEVELOPMENT
COMBING ZONING DISTRICT)
BE IT ORDAIND by the City Council of the City of Alameda that:
Section 1.Section 11-116 of Ordinance No. 1277 , N., is hereby amended by
reclassifying approximately 23.82 acres from M-, General Industriallanufacturing Zoning
Distrct , to 4/PD , Neighborhood Residential with a PD Planed Development Combining Zoning
District , and 0 , Open Space Distrct being the real property situated within the City of Alameda
County of Alameda , State of California , located north of Buena Vista Avenue , between Entrance
Road and Hibbard Street , described as follows:
That portion of Assessor Parcel 072-0326-04 including Entrance Road and
the portion of the parcel located east of Entrance Road.
Assessor Parcel 072-0380-005 006 007 008 010 011 012-, and 024
Assessor Parcel 072-0326-001-
Section 2.The above amendment shall be known as and referred to as
Reclassification and Rezoning Amendment No. 190 to Ordinance No. 1277 , N.
Section 3.This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect ITom and after the
expiration of thirt (30) days from the date of its final passage subject to signature of the
Development Agreement.
