WITHIN THE CITY OF ALAMEDA BY AMENDING ZONIG
ORDINANCE NO. 1277 , N., FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
980 FERNSIDE BOULEVAR
BE IT ORDAIND by the City Council of the City of Alameda that:
Section Section 116 of Ordinance No. 1277 , N., is hereby amended by
reclassifying ITom R-1 (One Family Residence) Zoning District to R-PD (One Family Residence
Planned Development Combining) Zoning District all the real property situated within the City of
Alameda, County of Alameda , State of California, described as follows:

Section 2.The above amendment shall be known as and reference to as
Reclassification and Rezoning Amendment No. 191 to Ordinance No. 1277 , N.
Section 3.This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the
expiration ofthirty (30) days ITom the date of its final passage.
