BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Alameda that:
Section 1.Section 11-116 of Ordinance No. 1277 , N., is hereby amended by
reclassifying from R-2 (Two-Family Residence) Zoning District to R-2(PD) (Two-Family
ResidencelPlaned Development Combining) Zoning District all the real property situated within
the City of Alameda , County of Alameda, State of California, bounded by Fernside Boulevard on
the south and private property boundaries on the east , north and west , described as follows:
