AMENDING THE ALAMEDA MUNCIP AL CODE BY AMENDING
SUBSECTION 8-8.4 (OFFICIAL VEHICLES DESIGNATED ARAS) OF
SECTION 8-8 (GENERAL PARG REGULATIONS) OF CHAPTER VIII
(TRAFIC AN MOTOR VEHICLES) RELATING TO PARG SPACES ON
CENTRAL AVENUE AT HISTORIC ALAMEDA HIGH SCHOOL
BE IT ORDAIED by the Council ofthe City of Alameda that:
Section 1 . The Alameda Muncipal Code is hereby amended by amending subsection 8-8.4
(Official Vehicles Designated Areas) of Section 8-8 (General Parking Regulations) of Chapter VIII
(Traffc and Motor Vehicles) thereof to read:
8.4 Official Vehicles Designated Areas.
It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, park, or leave standing, any vehicle , except
offcial City of Alameda vehicles and official vehicles :/om other governental jursdictions
in any area designated by appropriate signing and mentioned in the paragraphs of this
subsection.
Lincoln Avenue Commencing at a point in the south curb line
of Lincoln Avenue thirteen (13') feet westerly
from the west line of Oak Street and running
thence westerly two hundred seventy-six
(276") feet.
Oak Street
Commencing at a point in the west curb line
of Oak Street one hundred forty-seven (147'
feet southerly :/om the south line of Lincoln
Avenue and running thence southerly sixty-
two (62') feet.
Central Avenue Commencing at a point in the south curb line
of Central Avenue approximately two hundred
and eighteen (218') feet easterly of the cast
line of Walnut Street and running thence
easterly forty-nine (49') feet.
Section 2 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the expiration
of thirty (30) days from the date of its final passage.
