ORDINANCE NO. 1277 , N., FROM R-5 (GENERA
RESIDENTIAL) ZONING DISTRICT TO C-C (COMMUTY
COMMERCIAL) ZONn G DISTRICT , FOR THAT PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 2507 CENTRA AVENUAT EVERETT STREET
BE IT ORDAIND by the City Council of the City of Alameda that:
Section 1.Section 11-116 of Ordinance No. 1277 , N., is hereby amended by
reclassifying from R-5 (General Residential) Zoning District to C-C (Community Commercial)
Zoning District all the real property situated within the City of Alameda, County of Alameda , State
of California , bounded by.Everett Street on the west , Central Avenue on the south and private
property boundaries on the east and north, described as follows:
