BE IT ORDAID by the City Council ofthe City of Alameda that:
Section 1.Section 11-116 of Ordinance No. 1277 , N., is hereby amended
by reclassifyng ITom R-4 (Neighborhood Residential) Zoning District to R-
(Neighborhood Residential-Planned Development) Zoning District all the real property
situated within the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California, bounded by
Clinton Avenue on the north, the lagoon on the south and private property boundares on
the east and west , described as follows:
