BE IT ORDERED by the City Council of the City of Alameda that:
Section In accordance with Subsection 30-91 of the AlamedaMunicipal Code , Development Agreement Amendment DA-06-0003 , a copy ofwhich is on fie in the City Clerk's office , is hereby adopted for the real property
generally located north of Wilver Wilie Stargell Avenue , south of theOakland Estuary, west of Mariner Square Loop and Webster Street , and east ofthe United States Coast Guard housing development within the City ofAlameda, County of Alameda , State of California.
Section 2 The above referenced Development AgreementAmendment DA-06-0003 shall be known as and referred to as the FirstAmendment to the Development Agreement (Alameda Landing Mixed UseCommercial Project) by and between the City of Alameda and PalmtreeAcquisition Corporation , dated January 16 , 2007 , (the "First Amendment"
Section 3 . This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect fromand after the expiration af thirty (30) days from the date of its final passagesubject to the execution of the First Am6
